Abstract

Muhammad Amir. 2020. The Effect of Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Morale on Employee Performance at the Minasatene Sub-district Office, Pangkep Regency (supervised by Mashur Razak and Muh. Said).

This research was conducted from December 2019 to January 2020. The type of research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative, using survey methods. The population in this study amounted to 43 people. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census). Analysis of the data used is multiple regression analysis.

The results showed that there was an effect of organizational commitment on employee performance with tcount 3,390 > ttable 2,021. There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance, the variable of work discipline (X2) with tcount 2,584 > ttable 2,021. There is an influence of work morale on employee performance, with a tcount of 2,673 > ttable of 2,021. From the results of the F test shows that Fcount 63,410 <Ftable 3,60. The results of the analysis show that the independent variable (X) factors of organizational commitment, work discipline and work spirit simultaneously significantly affect employee performance by 83.0% while the remaining 17.0% is influenced by other variables. From the research, it was also found that among organizational commitment, work discipline and work spirit, organizational commitment (X1) is the most dominant factor influencing employee performance.
