Abstract

Hariani. 2019. The Effect of Compensation, Work Environment and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Employees of the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Office (Case Study of the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service).

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of compensation, work environment, and organizational culture individually on employee performance, (2) The effect of compensation, work environment and organizational culture jointly on employee performance, (3) knowing the variable that most dominantly influences employee performance at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pinrang district. This research design uses a questionnaire. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis (Multiple Regression Analysis).

The results showed that (1) Partially compensation, work environment and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pinrang Regency, (2) Simultaneously showed that compensation, work environment and organizational culture had an effect on the performance of Office employees Population and Civil Registration of Pinrang Regency, (3) Organizational culture variable is the variable that most dominantly influences the performance of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Office of Pinrang Regency.
