This research was conducted on Teacher Performance in 001 Polewali Public Elementary School Polewali District Polewali Mandar District. Sampling in this study is the saturated sample, by determining the entire population of 33 teachers. Data collection methods used were questionnaire and document study. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: Partially competence, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant effect on Teacher Performance in 001 Polewali State Polewali District Polewali Mandar District. This means that increasing competency, compensation and motivation can improve teacher performance Simultaneously showing that competency variables (X1), compensation (X2), and motivation (X3) affect teacher performance (Y) which means that increased competency, compensation and motivation are able improve teacher performance by 84.5%. Partially shows that the competency variable has a dominant effect on teacher performance, this shows that the higher the competence will increasingly improve the performance of teachers in Polewali State Elementary School 001 Polewali District Polewali Mandar Regency.
