This study aims to determine and analyze leadership style, role clarity and work motivation partially and simultaneously on the effectiveness of task implementation. The population in this study includes all 127 civil servants. Sampling in this study was carried out using a simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling), which is an equal opportunity for each member of the population to be used as research samples by as many as 50 employees at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province.
The results of this study indicate that the results of the F test or simultaneous testing show that Fcount is 16.828 and Ftable is 2.80. So it shows that Fcount > Ftable with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that simultaneously leadership style, role clarity and work motivation on the effectiveness of the implementation of tasks at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province. From the description of the t test, it is known that the t value of the leadership style variable, role clarity and work motivation partially has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of carrying out tasks at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of South Sulawesi Province.
