PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA PNS INSPEKTORAT PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Career Development on the performance of Inspectorate employees of West Sulawesi Province. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Inspectorate of West Sulawesi Province and was carried out from May to June 2023. The research population was all employees in the working area of the West Sulawesi Provincial Inspectorate with a sample of 77 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that there was a partial positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture and Career Development on employee performance, while Work Discipline did not partially affect employee performance. While simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Career Development on employee performance. Organizational Culture is the most dominant variable influencing performance.
