Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) To determine and analyze leadership partially affect employee performance at the Dira Jaya Sinar Rezki Consumer Cooperative (2) To identify and analyze organizational culture partially affect employee performance at Dira Jaya Sinar Rezki Consumer Cooperative (3) To determine and analyze motivation partially influence employee performance at Dira Jaya Sinar Rezki Consumer Cooperative (4) To identify and analyze leadership, organizational culture, and motivation partially affect employee performance at Dira Jaya Sinar Rezki Consumer Cooperative This study uses field research (field research).

In this study, researchers went directly to the field to obtain data. Field research or it can also be referred to as empirical research, namely research where information data is obtained from activities in the field of work. This research also uses a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Dira Jaya Sinar Rezki Consumer Cooperative with a total sample of 47 employees. The results of this study indicate that (1) Leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance (2) Organizational culture has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance (3) Organizational culture has a negative and not significant effect on employee performance (4) Leadership, organizational culture and motivation variables have a significant effect on employee performance variables.
