Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Leadership, Commitment and Work Motivation on the performance of employees of the Department of Education and Culture of West Sulawesi Province. This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted at the Office of Education and Culture of the Province of West Sulawesi and was carried out from May to June 2023. The research population was all employees in the work area of the Office of Education and Culture of West Sulawesi Province with a sample of 45 employees.

The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that there was a partial positive and significant influence between Leadership, Commitment and Work Motivation on employee performance, while simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence between Leadership, Commitment and Work Motivation on employee performance. Commitment is the most dominant variable influencing performance.
