PENGARUH PELATIHAN, KEPUASAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR UNIT PENYELENGGARA PELABUHAN KELAS II MACCINI BAJI PANGKEP

This study aims to 1) To find out and analyze the effect of training, job satisfaction and work motivation partially on the performance of employees of Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Operations Unit Office. 2) To identify and analyze the effect of training, job satisfaction and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Administration Unit employees. 3) To find out which variable has the most dominant influence on the performance of Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Administration Unit employees.
This research was conducted on Employee Performance at Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Administration Unit Office. Determination of the sample using the census method, namely as many as 61 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: partially Training, Job Satisfaction and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Operational Unit Office. This means that Training, Job Satisfaction and Motivation can improve Employee Performance at Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Administration Unit Office. Simultaneously Training, Job Satisfaction and Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Administration Unit Office. Partially shows that the variable Job Satisfaction has a dominant effect on Employee Performance at Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Operator Office, this shows that the better job satisfaction will further improve Employee Performance at Class II Maccini Baji Pangkep Port Operator Office.
