SISTEM PEMBAYARAN JENIS TAGIHAN PERUMAHAN BERBASIS ANDROID (STUDI KASUS PERUMAHAN DANAU ALAM PENDIDIKAN KABUPATEN GOWA)

Abstract

Housing is a residential environment that is equipped with environmental infrastructure and facilities, such as environmental security, clean water, and environmental cleanliness which of course will incur a monthly fee to the residents of the housing. However, to make monthly bill payments, the manual system is still not effective and is less effective every month. This makes the performance of housing managers less effective and people have to wait for a billing schedule at home with a predetermined time. Based on this background, the researchers created an application called the Android-Based Housing Bill Payment System application, which aims to help the community no longer have to wait for the manager to bill and the manager's performance can be effective. In conducting this research, the type of research used is qualitative research with a scientific approach and the system design method used is waterfall. This application runs on Android-based smartphones. This application development uses Android Studio software. In modeling this application using the UML method in the form of use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams and tested using blackbox testing methods.

The results of this study resulted in an Android-based housing bill payment application that can assist housing managers and residents in making payments for cleaning, security and water bills
