PENGARUH SUPERVISI AKADEMIK, KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGIK, DAN KINERJA GURU TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA GURU SMP NEGERI 6 KALUKKU KABUPATEN MAMUJU

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of academic supervision, pedagogic competence and performance partially and simultaneously on the work performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency, and the variables that have the most influence on the performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency. This research was conducted using inferential descriptive research procedures to examine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Place of research at SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency. The research was conducted from December 2019 to February 2020. The population in this study was SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency, with 31 teachers. The sample was determined by a saturated sampling technique (census), where all the population was sampled as many as 31 teachers of SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that: academic supervision, pedagogic competence and teacher performance had a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the work performance of teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency, and the teacher's performance had the most dominant influence on the work performance of the teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku, Mamuju Regency.
Abstrak
Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh supervisi akademik, kompetensi pedagogik dan kinerja secara parsial dan simultan terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju, serta vavariabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan prosedur penelitian deskriptif inferensial untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Tempat penelitian di SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Desember 2019 sampai dengan Februari 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju dengan jumlah guru sebanyak 31 orang guru. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 31 orang guru SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : supervisi akademik, kompetensi pedagogik dan kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju, serta kinerja Guru yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP Negeri 6 Kalukku Kabupaten Mamuju.
