Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of principal leadership, work motivation, and organizational commitment to teacher job satisfaction at public elementary schools in Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency. This research was conducted at public elementary schools in Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency. In this study, the research approach used by researchers was a quantitative approach with a survey method, which focused on hypothesis testing. The population in this study were all SD Negeri in Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency as many as 277 teachers. Sampling in this study using the Slovin technique so that the number of samples used in this study were as many as 74 elementary school teachers in Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). The results showed that there was a partially and simultaneously positive and significant influence on the leadership of the principal, motivation, and organizational commitment to the job satisfaction of teachers in SD Negeri in Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency.

 

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru pada SD Negeri di Kecamatan Banggae Timur Kabupaten Majene. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada sekolah dasar negeri yang ada di Kecamatan Banggae Timur Kabupaten Majene. Dalam penelitian ini, pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan peneliti adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey, yaitu menitikberatkan pada pengujian hipotesis. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh SD Negeri di Kecamatan Banggae Timur Kabupaten Majene sebanyak 277 orang guru. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik Slovin sehingga jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 74 orang guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Banggae Timur Kabupaten Majene. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda (multiple regression analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, motivasi, komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja guru pada SD Negeri di Kecamatan Banggae Timur Kabupaten Majene.
