PENGARUH KOMITMEN, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERINDUSTRIAN PROVINSI SULAWESI SELATAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis 1) secara parsial Pengaruh Komitmen, Motivasi Dan Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. 2) pengaruh secara simultan Komitmen, motivasi dan disiplin kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan . 3) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan .

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh populasi yang ada, yaitu  sebanyak 73 orang pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode pengumpulan data yang diguanakan adalah angket dan studi dokumen. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda.

Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa: secara parsial Komitmen, motivasi dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Ini berarti bahwa Komitmen, motivasi dan disiplin kerja mampu meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Secara simultan Komitmen, motivasi dan disiplin kerja  berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan . Secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh dominan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik disiplin akan semakin meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perindustrian Propinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

 

This study aims to analyze (1) partially the Effect of Commitment, Motivation and Work Discipline of the Employees of the Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province (2) the simultaneous effect of Commitment, motivation and work discipline on the Performance of the Employees of the Industry Service of South Sulawesi Province (3) the most dominant variable effect on the performance of employees of the Industry Service of South Sulawesi Province.

This research was conducted on the employees of the Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province. Determination of the sample using the saturation technique by taking the entire population, namely as many as 73 employees of the Industry Service of South Sulawesi Province. Data collection methods used are questionnaires and document studies. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the study conclude that (1) partially Commitment, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of the Employees of the Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province. This means that commitment, motivation and work discipline are able to improve the performance of the employees of the Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province (2) simultaneously Commitment, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Industry Office of South Sulawesi Province (3) partially indicate that The variable of work discipline has a dominant effect on the Performance of the Employees of the Industry Service of South Sulawesi Province, this shows that the better the discipline, the more the Performance of the Employees of the Industrial Service of South Sulawesi Province.
