Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of discipline and work culture on performance through the motivation of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency.

The research approach uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression data analysis methods. The research was conducted at the Secretariat of East Luwu Regency. The time of the study was carried out starting April 2022, with a sample 80 numbers of people.

The results of this study indicate that (1) discipline has no significant effect on work motivation of State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (2) Work culture has a significant effect on work motivation of State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (3) Motivation has a significant effect on performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (4) Discipline has no significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (5) Work culture has a significant effect on the performance variable of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (6) Discipline through motivation has no significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency (7) Work culture through motivation has a significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency.
