Abstract

The results of the study concluded that (1) The strategy used by Satpol PP and Firefighters was to participate in education and training related to the tasks they carried out (2) The role of Satpol PP and Firefighters in the process of enforcing the Perda on KTR is to provide guidance, supervision and Coordination with other parties or Agencies and Institutions involved in Enforcement of Regional Regulations on KTR (3) The level of public trust in the performance of Satpol PP and Firefighters is still lacking due to low public knowledge about the duties of Satpol PP and Firefighters as one of the regional apparatus that assists the Head Regions in enforcing Regional Regulations and Perbup, as well as the proliferation of news that is cornering due to the actions of Satpol PP and Firefighters (4) Obstacles faced by Satpol PP and Firefighters in the process of Enforcement of Perda on KTR are: The number of members of Satpol PP and Firefighters is still lacking, not yet available PPNS, a limited budget, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure g is not adequate (5) Areas included in the scope of KTR include: Health Facilities, Teaching and Learning Places, Children's Playgrounds, Places of Worship, Closed Sports Facilities, Workplaces, Public Transportation and other designated places (6) There are 3 (three) factors that form the basis for the determination of the Regional Regulation on KTR, namely based on the Philosophical Foundation, Juridical Basis and Sociological Foundation.
