Abstract

The phenomenon of employee service that is less than optimal has an impact on the decline in hotel revenue. This is due to emotional exhaustion factors, environmental changes, and internal conflicts that occur in employees of Hotel Cantika Bukaka. This study aims to find out and analyze: 1) The influence of Emotional exhaustion on employee performance, 2) The influence of environmental changes on employee performance, 3) The influence of internal conflicts on employee performance, 4) The influence of Emotional exhaustion, environmental changes and internal conflicts on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of survey research analyzed. The research was conducted at the Hotel Cantika Bukaka Siwa Kab. Wajo Sulsel in March 2022 with a total of respondents as many as 40 employees of Hotel Cantika Bukaka Siwa Kab. Wajo. The methods used to test hypotheses are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Analysis, Test t, Test F, and Determination Coefficient. The results showed that 1) Emotional exhaustion has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Environmental changes have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Internal konflik has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 4) Emotional exhaustion, environmental changes and internal conflicts simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
