Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Work Culture, Competence and Motivation on the Performance of Village Office Employees in Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, the data used were primary data using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The respondents of this study were 118 village office employees in Bantaeng District, Bantaeng Regency. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression with hypothesis testing tools through t-test in partial testing and f-test in hypothesis testing simultaneously. All data analysis was carried out using SPSS Version 25 software. The results of this study indicate that the work culture variable produces a regression coefficient of 0.439, with a t-count value of 11.406 which is greater than the t-table of 1.65787 with a significance level of 0.000 this indicates the influence of work culture on its performance is positive and significant. The competency variable produces a coefficient of 0.153, with a t-count value of 3.308 which is greater than the t-table of 1.65787 with a significance level of 0.001. This shows that the effect of competence on performance is positive and significant. the motivation variable produces a coefficient of 0.508, with a t-count value of 9.085 which is greater than the t-table of 1.65787 with a significance level of 0.000, this indicates that the influence of motivation on performance is positive and significant. Simultaneously work culture, competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on performance, this is indicated by a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the 0.05 alpha level. This study resulted in an Adjusted R Square value of 0.866. This means that 86.6% of performance is influenced by work culture, competence and motivation, while the remaining 13.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
