The PENGARUH KOMPETENSI, SARANA DAN TAMBAHAN PENGHASILAN PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN LUWU TIMUR

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of competence on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency; (2) to determine the effect of facilities on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency; (3) to find out the additional employee income on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency.
This study uses all the existing employee population at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency while the data source used is secondary data. Data analysis in this study used data processing with SPSS. The test equipment used is the t test, f test and the dominant test or beta test. Presentation of data with tables and narratives related to research variables.
The results of this study indicate that: (1) Competence has a positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency; (2) Facilities have a positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency; (3) Additional Employee Income has a positive effect on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of East Luwu Regency.
