PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERTANIAN KABUPATEN BANTAENG

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture and work discipline on performance of the Bantaeng Regency Agriculture Office's employees
The research approach used in this study is a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. Data collection techniques used are by making observations, distributing questionnaires and documentation. The population is all employees at the agricultural office of Bantaeng Regency totaling 134 people. The selection of samples is done by using a random sampling method with the withdrawal of samples using the Slovin formula, so that the number of employees who are sampled as many as 100.
The results of the study partially show that leadership has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at the Bantaeng Regency agricultural office, the work culture variable and work discipline variable have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the agricultural office. The results of the study simultaneously showed that the variables of leadership, work culture and work discipline simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Bantaeng Regency agricultural service employees.
