This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership, Integrity, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Office of Investment, One Stop Service and Manpower in Selayar Islands Regency.The research method used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data generated from the distribution of questionnaires and documentation studies. The analytical tool used is statistical analysis with multiple linear regression analysis methods with proof of hypothesis through t-test to prove the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable partially and the F-test to prove the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable simultaneously. This study shows a positive and partially significant effect between the variables of Transformational Leadership, Integrity, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Office of Investment, One Stop Service and Manpower in the Selayar Islands Regency. This study also shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Transformational Leadership, Integrity, and Work Discipline simultaneously on Employee Performance at the Office of Investment, One Stop Service and Manpower in Selayar Islands Regency. Work Discipline is the most dominant variable that affects Employee Performance at the Office of Investment, One Stop Service and Manpower in Selayar Islands Regency.
