PENGARUH PEMBERIAN INSENTIF, MOTIVASI, DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN SITUASAIONAL TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DINAS KEBUDAYAAN DAN PARIWISATA KABUPATEN MAJENE

The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of providing incentives, motivation, and situational leadership style partially and simultaneously on Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Majene Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing Job Satisfaction of Employees of the Office of Culture and Tourism of Majene Regency.
The research approach is a survey approach. The research was conducted at the Department of Culture and Tourism of Majene Regency. The research time is from October to November 2019. This research uses a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Majene Regency as many as 52 people. Sampling in this study was used as a sample. The sample used in this study were 38 people. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of providing incentives, organizational climate and situational leadership style partially and simultaneously on job satisfaction of Employees of the Culture and Tourism Office of Majene Regency, and the variable of giving incentives that most dominantly influenced job satisfaction of Employees of the Regency Culture and Tourism Office Majene.
