Abstract

Employee performance can be evaluated objectively and accurately through performance level benchmarks. This measurement means providing an opportunity for employees to know their level of performance. To facilitate the assessment of employee performance, further Mitchel in the book Sedarmayanti (2015) entitled Human Resource Management and Work Productivity, suggests performance indicators.This study aims to determine the effect of job analysis, quality of human resources, career development on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research. The sample in this study were all civil servants at Diskominfo Pangkep Regency as many as 61 people. The source of the data used is primary data by using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS. Based on the results of research conducted using SPSS, the results obtained are that partially there is a significant influence between job analysis variables (X1), HR quality (X2), career development (X3) on employee performance (Y). and simultaneously variable job analysis (X1), quality of human resources (X2), career development (X3) have an influence on employee performance (Y). it is necessary to conduct a job analysis of employees and improve the quality of human resources as well as employee career development by conducting training and competency testing.
