PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR KESATUAN PENGELOLAAN HUTAN MAMASA TIMUR

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment partially on the performance of the employees of the East Mamasa Forest Management Unit Office, as well as to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and work environment together or simultaneously on the performance of the Mamasa Forest Management Unit Office employees. East.The location of the research was carried out at the East Mamasa Forest Management Unit Office, which is located in Mamasa City. The analytical method used is the method of linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing in this study is the F test and T test. The results showed that partially leadership, work motivation, and the work enviroment variabel has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously leadership, work motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Mamasa Timur Forest Management Unit office. When viewed from the beta test, it shows that the leadership variable has the most dominant influence on employee performance at the East Mamasa Forest Management Unit office, when compared to work motivation and work environment variables.
