This study aims to determine (1) the effect of career development on the performance of marketing department employees at PT. DAS Distributor in Selayar Islands Regency (2) the effect of motivation on the performance of marketing department employees at PT. DAS Distributor in Selayar Islands Regency (3) the effect of career development on job satisfaction of marketing department employees at PT. DAS Distributor in Selayar Islands Regency (4) the effect of motivation on job satisfaction of marketing department employees at PT. DAS Distributor in Selayar Islands Regency (5) the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of marketing department employees at PT. DAS Distributor in Selayar Islands Regency (6) influence on job satisfaction through the performance of marketing department employees at PT. DAS Distributor in Selayar Islands Regency (7) influence on job satisfaction through the performance of marketing department employees at PT. DAS Distributor in Selayar Islands Regency.
The research results show that (1) there is an effect of career development on job satisfaction of employees of PT. DAS distributors in Selayar Islands Regency (2) there is a motivational influence on job satisfaction of employees of PT. DAS distributors in Selayar Islands Regency (3) there is an influence of career development on the performance of employees of PT. DAS distributors in Selayar Islands Regency (4) there is a motivational influence on the performance of employees of PT. DAS distributors in Selayar Islands Regency (5) there is an effect of job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. DAS distributors in Selayar Islands Regency (6) there is an influence of career development through job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. DAS distributors in Selayar Islands Regency (7) there is a motivational effect through job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. DAS distributor in Selayar Islands Regency.
