Abstract

The Influence of Employee Professionalism, Organizational Climate and Leadership on the Performance of Environmental Service Employees in Pangkajene and Islands Districts. This study aims to determine the effect of employee professionalism, organizational climate and leadership partially on employee performance and to determine the effect of employee professionalism, organizational climate and leadership together on employee performance, as well as to determine the most dominant variable influencing the performance of Environmental Service employees Long live Pangkajene and Archipelago Districts.

This study used a saturated sampling method, as many as 52 employees at the Pangkajene and Islands Regency Environmental Service offices with quantitative data analysis techniques obtained from the results of questionnaires using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study show that employee professionalism has a positive effect, but does not have a significant effect on employee performance, with a value of (1.886 < 2.011). Organizational climate (X2) has a positive effect, but does not have a significant effect on employee performance, with a value (-1.316 <2.011) and leadership (X3) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a value (16.542> 2.011). The variables of employee professionalism, organizational climate and leadership together have a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership variable (X1) has the most dominant positive effect on the performance of the Pangkajene and Islands Regency Environmental Services.
