This study aims to analyze HR Management Strengthening Strategies to Improve Employee Performance at the DDI Galbar Islamic Boarding School,Kec. Land End of Makassar City. The research approach uses qualitative methods by conducting direct observations and interviews with the Chairperson of the DDI Galbar Islamic Boarding School Foundation,the Director of the DDI Galesong Baru Islamic Boarding School,the Head of the Tsanawiyah Madrasah, the MI Madrasa Head,the Head of the DDI Galesong Baru Islamic Boarding School Library, BK and Student Affairs, Ustaz and Ustazah who teaching, operator in charge, management of student data and teacher data, as well as security.
The results show that the strategy of strengthening human resource management (HRM) for improving employee performance that most determines employee performance is an employee development and employee integration where the DDI Galbar Islamic Boarding School always supports and facilitates employees through formal and technical training to increase competence and professionalism as well as facilitating adequate work facilities and infrastructure. While the aspect of employee appreciation is still not optimal where the Islamic Boarding School only provides incentives or honorarium for employees per activity and does not provide guarantees for health and work safety for Islamic Boarding School employees.
