Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Human Capital, Work Discipline and Workload partially on the Performance of the Intel Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Battalion A Pelopor and to analyze the effect of Human Capital, Work Discipline and Workload simultaneously on the Performance of the Intelligence Unit of the Mobile Brigade Police of the South Sulawesi Police Battalion A Pelopor as well as to determine the most dominant variable affecting the Performance of the Mobile Brigade Intelligence Unit of the South Sulawesi Police Battalion A Pioneer.

The total population and sample in the study were 40 respondents from the Mobile Brigade Intelligence Unit of the South Sulawesi Police Battalion A Pioneer. The analytical method used in analyzing the effect of Human Capital, Work Discipline and Workload partially on the Performance of the Intel Mobile Brigade Unit of the South Sulawesi Police Battalion A Pioneer is Using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method.

The results showed that human capita, work discipline and workload partially had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the intelligence unit Brimob Polda South Sulawesi so that the performance of the police unit could be improved and human capita, work discipline and workload simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on performance. the intelligence unit brimob Polda South Sulawesi and work discipline are the variables that most dominantly influence the performance of the intelligence unit brimob Polda South Sulawesi.
