PENGARUH HUMAN CAPITAL TERHADAP KINERJA ORGANISASI PADA DINAS KESEHATAN KABUPATEN KEPULAUAN SELAYAR

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of individual capability, individual motivation, organizational climate, and workgroup effectiveness on organizational performance at the Selayar Islands District Health Office. The method used is a survey method by distributing questionnaires. The research sample is 61 respondents, with sampling using a random sampling technique. The data analysis method used is the research instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test.
The results of the study concluded that individual capability has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Individual motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Workgroup effectiveness has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Individual capability, individual motivation, organizational climate, and workgroup effectiveness have a positive and significant effect on organizational performance
