This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) the effect of Competence, Work Environment and Motivation partially on the Performance of PNS Campalagian District Offices of Polewali Mandar Regency (2) the effect of Competence, Work Environment and Motivation simultaneously on the Performance of Civil Servants of Campalagian District Offices of Polewali Mandar Regency (3) the most dominant work environment variable that influences the performance of civil servants in the Campalagian District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on civil servants at the Campalagian District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency and was carried out from November to December 2022. The research population was employees at the Campalagian District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 39 people. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by determining the entire population as a total sample of 39 employees. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study show that: 1) there is no influence between competence on civil servant performance, but work environment and motivation have a partial effect on the performance of civil servants in the Campalagian District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency (2) there is a positive and significant influence between competence, work environment and motivation simultaneously Against the Performance of PNS Campalagian District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency. (3) The work environment is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of civil servants in the Campalagian District Office, Polewali Mandar Regency. The R-Square value in this study is 0.784.
