Abstract

This study aims to 1) Analyze the influence of leadership, competence, and motivation partially on the performance of employees of the National Unity and Politics Agency of Luwu Regency. 2) Analyze the influence of leadership, competence, and motivation simultaneously on the performance of employees of the National Unity and Politics Agency of Luwu Regency. 3) Analyzing the dominant variable influencing the performance of employees of the National Unity and Politics Agency of Luwu Regency.

This research was conducted on Employee Performance at the National Unity andPolitics Agency of Luwu Regency. Determination of the sample using saturation or census, namely as many as 40 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results show that (1) Partially Leadership, Employee Competence, and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. (2) Simultaneously Leadership, Employee Competence, and Work Motivation have a positiveand significant effect on Employee Performance. (3) Partially shows that the competencyvariable has a dominant effect on employee performance at the National Unity and Politics Agency of Luwu Regency.
