Abstract

This research aims to analyze 1) partially leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Luwu Regency 2) the simultaneous influence of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Luwu Regency. 3) the most dominant variable influencing employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Luwu Regency, Luwu Regency.

This research was conducted on Luwu Regency employees. The sample was determined using saturation, namely 58 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document study. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the research concluded that: partially leadership, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Luwu Regency, Luwu Regency. This means that leadership, motivation and job satisfaction can improve employee performance at the Luwu Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Simultaneously, leadership, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Luwu Regency, Luwu Regency. Partially, it shows that the motivation variable has a dominant influence on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Luwu Regency, Luwu Regency. This shows that the better the motivation, the greater the performance of employees at the Regional Revenue Agency of Luwu Regency.
