PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KECAMATAN BINAMU KABUPATEN JENEPONTO

This study aims to 1) To test and analyze the effect of Communication, Motivation and Work Commitment partially on employee performance at Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency. 2) To test and analyze the effect of Communication, Motivation and Work Commitment simultaneously on employee performance at Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency. 3) To test and analyze the most dominant variable affecting employee performance at Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency.
This research was conducted on Employee Performance at Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency. Sampling using saturated samples, namely 42 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the study concluded that: partially communication, motivation and commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency. This means that communication, motivation and commitment are able to improve employee performance at Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency. Simultaneously, communication, motivation and commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency. Partially, it shows that the motivation variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency, this shows that the better the motivation, the more it will improve employee performance at Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency.
