Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The effect of transformational leadership style, competence and work motivation partially on employee performance. 2) The effect of transformational leadership style, competency and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance. 3) Which variables between transformational leadership, competence and work motivation have the most dominant influence on employee

performance at the Luwu Regency Regional Revenue Agency. Determination of the sample using saturation, namely as many as 58 employees. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the study show that (1) Partially, leadership style, transformational, competency and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Competence and Work Motivation can improve Employee Performance. (3) Simultaneously Transformational Leadership Style, Competence and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Luwu Regency Regional Revenue Agency. (4) Partially shows that the competency variable has a dominant effect on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Agency of Luwu Regency.
