Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) The partial and simultaneous influence of leadership, reward, and career development variables on the performance of civil servants (ASN). (2) The variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of ASN at the Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development of Kepulauan Selayar Regency. This research uses a quantitative method. Data were taken from primary data sources by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale research instrument. The questionnaire was distributed to the population, namely Civil Servants (ASN), with a sample of 40 ASN. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression test. The research results show that (1) Partially, the variables of leadership, reward, and career development have a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN. (2) Simultaneously, the variables of leadership, reward, and career development have a positive and significant effect on ASN performance. (3) The reward variable is the most dominant variable affecting the performance of ASN at the Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development of Kepulauan Selayar Regency.
