PENGARUH KOMITMEN, MOTIVASI DAN KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BALAI PEMANTAPAN KAWASAN HUTAN DAN TATA LINGKUNGAN WILAYAH VII MAKASSAR

This study aims to analyze (1) The partial influence of Commitment, Motivation, and Leadership variables on Employee Performance, (2) The simultaneous influence of Commitment, Motivation, and Leadership variables on Employee Performance, (3) The most dominant variable that influences the Employee Performance at the Forest Area Conservation and Environmental Management Agency (BPKHTL) Region VII Makassar.
This research was conducted at the Forest Area Conservation and Environmental Management Agency (BPKHTL) Region VII Makassar. The sample was determined using a sample of 50 employees. The data used in this study were quantitative and qualitative.
The results of the study conclude that (1) Partially, Commitment, Motivation, and Leadership have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance (2) Simultaneously, Commitment, Motivation, and Leadership have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance, (3) The Commitment variable has a dominant influence on the Employee Performance at the Forest Area Conservation and Environmental Management Agency (BPKHTL) Region VII Makassar.
