Abstract

This research aims to 1) To determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of work motivation, training and partial job satisfaction on the performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Jeneponto Regency. 2) To determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of work motivation, training and job satisfaction simultaneously on the performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. 3) To find out which variables have the most dominant influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency.

The research results concluded that: partially work motivation, training and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of state civil servants (ASN) at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Jeneponto Regency. This means that work motivation, training and job satisfaction can improve the performance of state civil servants (ASN) at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. Simultaneously, work motivation, training and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the performance of state civil servants (ASN) at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. Partially, it shows that the Training variable has a dominant influence on the Performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Employees at the Jeneponto Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This shows that the better the training variable, the more the Performance of State Civil Apparatus Employees (ASN) at the Financial Management Agency and Regional Assets of Jeneponto Regency
