This research aims to analyze 1) partially the influence of competency, leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Bone Regency Human Resources Development Personnel Agency. 2) the simultaneous influence of competency, leadership and motivation on employee performance at the Bone Regency Human Resources Development Personnel Agency. 3) the variable that has the most dominant influence on the performance of Bone Regency Human Resources Development Personnel Agency employees.
This research was conducted at the Bone Regency Human Resources Development Personnel Agency Office. The sample was determined as 42 employees of the Bone Regency Human Resources Development Personnel Agency Office. The data collection methods used were questionnaires and document study. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the research concluded that: partially competency, leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bone Regency Human Resources Development Personnel Agency Office Employees. This means that competence, leadership and motivation are able to improve the performance of employees at the Bone Regency Human Resources Development Personnel Agency. Simultaneously, competency, leadership and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Bone Regency Human Resources Development Personnel Agency. Partially, it shows that the competency variable (X1) has a dominant influence on the performance of employees at the Bone Regency Human Resources Development Personnel Agency. This shows that the better the competency, the more the performance of Bone Regency Human Resources Development Personnel Agency employees will improve.
