Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja ASN melalui Motivasi Pelayanan Publik dan Kapasitas SDM pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bulukumba. Desain penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kausal, yang menunjukkan hubungan kausal antara variabel yang diteliti. Karena esensi dari analisis kausalitas, ini memastikan bahwa variabel terkait memiliki hubungan sebab dan akibat. Metodologi penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yaitu cara mengevaluasi hipotesis dengan menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Peserta penelitian adalah 344 pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bulukumba.. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 185 sampel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN melalui motivasi pelayanan publik dan Kapasitas SDM pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Bulukumba.
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership on ASN Performance through Public Service Motivation and HR Capacity at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bulukumba Regency. This research design is a causal research design, which shows a causal relationship between the variables studied. Due to the essence of causality analysis, it ensures that the related variables have a cause and effect relationship. This research methodology also uses a quantitative approach, namely how to evaluate hypotheses by analyzing the relationship between variables. The research participants were 344 employees of the Ministry of Religion of Bulukumba Regency. The sampling of this research was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 185 samples.
The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on ASN performance through public service motivation and HR capacity at the Bulukumba Regency Ministry of Religion.
