Analisis Strategi Retensi Karyawan Untuk Mengurangi Turnover Dan Meningkatkan Loyalitas Karyawan

Studi ini mengeksplorasi strategi retensi karyawan yang efektif untuk mengurangi pergantian karyawan dan meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan. Ini menyelidiki keterkaitan kepemimpinan, lingkungan tempat kerja, dan pengalaman karyawan dalam menumbuhkan komitmen organisasi jangka panjang. Penelitian ini membahas kesenjangan antara strategi retensi keuangan dan non-keuangan, menawarkan wawasan untuk konteks industri yang beragam. Untuk mensintesis temuan dari studi terbaru, pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR) digunakan. Metodologi ini memungkinkan analisis komprehensif kerangka teoritis, seperti Teori Pertukaran Sosial (SET) dan Dukungan Organisasi yang Dirasakan (POS), dan penerapannya dalam praktik retensi karyawan. Data sekunder dari jurnal peer-review dan literatur relevan yang diterbitkan setelah 2018 memberikan dasar untuk analisis. Studi ini mengidentifikasi kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan tempat kerja yang inklusif, dan peluang pengembangan karir sebagai strategi utama untuk meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan dan mengurangi pergantian karyawan. Ini menekankan bahwa motivator intrinsik, seperti pengakuan dan pekerjaan yang bermakna, seringkali lebih besar daripada insentif finansial dalam retensi jangka panjang. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan holistik dan berbasis data untuk mengatasi tantangan pergantian industri. Selain itu, studi ini mendukung model teoritis yang ada sambil menawarkan kerangka kerja yang lebih luas dan lebih mudah beradaptasi untuk aplikasi dalam konteks organisasi yang beragam. Studi ini berkontribusi pada manajemen sumber daya manusia dengan memberikan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti untuk merancang strategi retensi yang efektif. Ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengintegrasikan teknologi untuk analitik tenaga kerja dan menumbuhkan budaya keterlibatan dan pengakuan. Temuan ini menawarkan peta jalan bagi organisasi untuk membangun tenaga kerja yang tangguh dan kompetitif sambil menyelaraskan dengan dinamika tenaga kerja kontemporer.
