Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, pelatihan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja staf di BAZNAS Kabupaten Sidrap. Menggunakan metode PLS-SEM, penelitian ini menguji hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja staf dan motivasi. Selain itu, motivasi juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja staf, sementara pelatihan tidak menunjukkan pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap kinerja staf, meskipun pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi. Hasil pengaruh tidak langsung menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan kinerja staf melalui motivasi. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami dinamika pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut dalam meningkatkan kinerja staf dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang lebih efektif, terutama dalam aspek pengembangan kepemimpinan dan motivasi karyawan.
