PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DAN DISIPLIN KERJA MELALUI MOTIVASI PEGAWAI TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI KANTOR KECAMATAN CAMPALAGIAN KABUPATEN POLEWALI MANDAR

Research related to studying and analyzing social competence, emotional intelligence, and organizational culture individually and together on the performance of employees in the Campalagian District Office Polewali Mandar District. The design of this study uses survey research that takes samples from one population and uses questionnaires as a primary data collection tool. The study was conducted at the Campalagian District Office of the Polewali Mandar Regency. The time of the study was from October to November 2019. The population in the study were all employees of the District Office of Campalagian, Polewali Mandar Regency, totaling 65 people. The sampling technique used in this study is census sampling or saturated sample, which is the total sample is all population. The number of samples in this study were 65 respondents. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing with partial test (t), simultaneous test (F) and Determination Test (R2). The results of data regression analysis showed the following equation Y = 23,676 + 0,305X1 + 0,340X2 +0,405X3. Partially, social competence variables contributed 0.305 or 30.5%, emotional intelligence by 0,340 or 34,0% and organizational culture by 0,405 or 40,5% on employee performance. Simultaneously (social competence, emotional intelligence, and organizational culture) significantly influence employee performance by 57.9%, while the remaining 42.1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
