Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the positive and significant influence of the research conducted at the Office of the South Sulawesi Regional Police Headquarters. This research is quantitative. Determination of the sample is done by sampling technique saturated (census) as many as 200 personnel. Data collection methods used were questionnaire and document study. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The results of the study concluded that: 1) knowledge, skills and attitudes partially influence the performance of Personnel at the Office of the Directorate of South Sulawesi Regional Police. This means that knowledge, skills and attitudes can improve the performance of Personnel at the South Sulawesi Regional Police Headquarters Office. 2) knowledge, skills and attitudes simultaneously influence the performance of Personnel at the South Sulawesi Regional Police Headquarters Office. This means that knowledge, skills and attitudes can improve the performance of Personnel at the South Sulawesi Regional Police Headquarters Office. 3) the skill variable is the most dominant variable influencing the performance of Personnel at the South Sulawesi Regional Police Headquarters Office.
