Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine and analyze leadership, work environment and motivation affect the performance of Makassar Religious Education and Training Center employees. (2) To find out and analyze the influence of leadership and work environment on the motivation of Makassar Religious Education and Training Center employees. (3) To find out and analyze the influence of leadership on improving the performance of Makassar Religious Education and Training Center employees through motivational variables

The results of this study indicate that (1) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that leadership has a significant effect on increasing employee performance at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center. (2) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that the work environment has a significant effect on improving employee performance at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center. (3) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that leadership has no significant effect on motivation at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center. This means that if leadership increases it will decrease motivation. (4) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that the work environment has no significant effect on motivation at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center. This means that if the work environment increases it will decrease motivation. (5) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that leadership through motivation has no significant effect on increasing employee performance at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center. (6) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that the work environment through motivation has no significant effect on increasing employee performance at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center. (7) Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that motivation has a significant effect on increasing employee performance at the Makassar Religious Education and Training Center. This means that if motivation increases, employee performance will increase.
