PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN LAESEZ FAIRE, MOTIVASI DAN KOMUNIKASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DINAS PERTANIAN KABUPATEN BANTAENG

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and communication on employee performance at the Bantaeng Regency Agriculture Office
The research approach used in this study is a quantitative method with an explanatory approach. Data collection techniques used are by making observations, distributing questionnaires and documentation. The population is all employees at the Bantaeng Regency Agriculture office totaling 103 respondents. From these data, the unit of analysis is taken from the number of civil servants (PNS) so that the census method is a method that is in accordance with the existing conditions at the Bantaeng Regency Agricultural Office.
The results showed that Leadership Style had an influence on employee performance at the Bantaeng Regency agricultural office, but the motivation variable had no effect on performance at the agricultural office, but the communication variable had an influence on employee performance at the Bantaeng Regency agricultural office. Meanwhile, from the results of the determination test which includes leadership style, motivation and communication as a variable (X) has a contribution to employee performance by 51%, while the remaining 49% is influenced by other variables not included in the study.
