Abstrak

This research aims to determine (1). The influence of competency on employee work performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency, (2). The influence of motivation on employee work performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency, (3). The influence of leadership style on employee work performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency, (4). The influence of competence, motivation and leadership style simultaneously on employee work performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency. (5). The most dominant variable influences employee work performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency.

This research was conducted on the performance of ASN at the Majene Regency PUPR Service Office. The sample was determined using a saturated sample, namely 52 ASN people. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.

The research results show that (1). Partially, it shows that the competency variable has an influence on work performance. This shows that the higher the competency, the more employee work performance will increase at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency. (2). Partially, it shows that the motivation variable has an influence on work performance. This shows that the higher the employee's motivation, the greater the employee's work performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency. (3). Partially, it shows that the leadership style variable has an influence on work performance. This shows that the better the implementation of the leadership style that is followed, the more it will improve the work performance of employees at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency. (4). Simultaneously, it shows that the variables of competence, motivation and leadership style influence employee work performance, which means that increasing competence, motivation and leadership style will influence the increase in work performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency by 90.4%. (5). The beta test results show that the competency variable has a dominant influence on work performance at the Tanete Rilau District Office, Barru Regency.
