Abstrak

This study aims to partially analyze the variables Quality of work services, work discipline and workload have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the South Sulawesi Provincial Secretariat and to analyze simultaneously the variables Quality of work services, work discipline and workload have a positive and significant effect on bureau performance Administrative Leadership of the Secretariat of the Province of South Sulawesi. As well as to analyze which variable has the most dominant influence on the performance of the employees of the Bureau of Leadership Administration at the Secretariat of the Province of South Sulawesi.

The population and sample withdrawal techniques used the Saturated Sampling Technique, where all populations were used as samples in this study. The number of samples in the study were 57 respondents. Data Analysis Technique Using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method.

Based on the results of the t test (partial test) shows that Service Quality, Work Discipline and Workload have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat Leadership Administration Bureau of South Sulawesi Province Simultaneous Test Results (Test F), indicating that Quality of work service, Work Discipline and Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Administrative Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Sulawesi Province. The variable that has a dominant effect on Employee Performance is the Quality of Work Service variable with a "Standardized Coefficients βeta" value of 0.553 with a significance level of 0.000.
