PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL DI SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KABUPATEN MAROS

This research aims to 1) To analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work culture and work discipline partially on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. 2) To analyze the influence of transformational leadership, work culture and work discipline simultaneously on the performance of civil servants at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. 3) To analyze which variables have the most influence on the performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency.
This research was conducted on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The sample used was 65 employees. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of the research concluded that: partially Transformational Leadership, Work Culture and Work Discipline have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. This means that Transformational Leadership, Work Culture and Work Discipline are able to improve the Performance of Civil Servants in the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. Simultaneously Transformational Leadership, Work Culture and Work Discipline have a positive and significant influence on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. Partially, it shows that the Work Culture variable has the most influence on the Performance of Civil Servants in the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. This shows that the better the Work Culture, the more the Performance of Civil Servants in the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency will improve.
