Abstrak

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of human resource competency, motivation and work discipline partially on employee performance; (2) the effect of human resource competency, motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance; (3) analyzing which variables are the most important affect employee performance. The population and research sample are the same, namely 50 respondents, using multiple linear regression analysis.

From the results of hypothesis testing obtained (1) Human Resources Competency, Work Motivation and Discipline have a partially positive and simultaneous effect on Employee Performance, (2) Human Resources Competency, Work Motivation and Discipline have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on Employee Performance, ( 3) The most dominant HR competencies influence the ASN performance in the Jeneponto Regency Tourism Office.
