PENGARUH ETOS KERJA, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KEMAMPUAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PNS BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAN PENGEMBANGAN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA KABUPATEN SIDENRENG RAPPANG
Abstrak
This research approach is a quantitative approach. The research was conducted on Civil Servants of the Staffing and Human Resources Development Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency... and was carried out from April-May 2023. The research population was Civil Servants of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a total of 37 people. The selection of the sample in this study was carried out using the saturated sampling method, namely by determining the entire population as a total sample of 37 civil servants. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis.
The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between work ethic on the performance of Civil Servant Agency and Human Resource Development in Sidenreng Rappang Regency (2) there is a positive and significant influence between leadership on the performance of Civil Servant Agency and Human Resource Development in Sidenreng Regency. Rappang (3) there is a positive and significant influence between work ability on the performance of Civil Servant and Human Resources Development Agency of Sidenreng Rappang Regency (4) there is a positive and significant influence between work ethic, leadership and work ability simultaneously on the performance of civil servant staffing and development agency Human Resources in Sidenreng Rappang Regency (5) Leadership variable is the variable that most dominantly influences the performance of civil servants at the Personnel Agency and Human Resources Development Agency in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The R-Square value in this study is 0.852
