PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP PELAYANAN ANGGOTA DPRD MELALUI IKLIM ORGANISASI PEGAWAI SEKRETARIAT DPRD KABUPATEN BARRU

The study aims to determine and analyze: 1) the direct effect of training and discipline on the climate of employee organizations in the Barru Regency DPRD Secretariat, 2) the direct influence of training and discipline on the service of DPRD members in the Barru Regency DPRD Secretariat, and 3) the indirect effect of training and discipline on the service of DPRD members through the climate of the employee organization at the Barru Regency DPRD Secretariat. The design of this study uses survey research. Research locations in the Barru Regency DPRD Secretariat from October to November 2019 The population in this study included all employees of the Barru Regency DPRD Secretariat, amounting to 52 people. Sampling of this study was carried out using a saturated sampling technique (census), which determined the entire population to be sampled as many as 52 employees of the Barru Regency DPRD Secretariat. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results showed that: 1) there was a direct positive and significant effect of training and discipline on the organizational climate of employees at the Barru Regency DPRD Secretariat, 2) there was a positive and significant direct effect of training and discipline on the service of DPRD members at the Barru Regency DPRD Secretariat, and 3) there is an indirect and significant positive effect of training and discipline on the service of DPRD members through the climate of the employee organization at the Barru Regency DPRD Secretariat.
