PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI, KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA ASN DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA KABUPATEN PINRANG

The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of communication, compensation and work discipline partially and simultaneously on the work productivity of employees at the Communication and Informatics Office of Pinrang Regency, as well as the most dominant variable influencing employee work productivity at the Communication and Informatics Office of Pinrang Regency.
The research approach is a survey approach. The research was carried out at the Communication and Informatics Office of Pinrang Regency. The time of research is October to November 2019. This research uses a survey method. The population in this study were all employees of the Pinrang Regency Communication and Informatics Office, totaling 42 people. Sampling in this study used a saturated sampling technique (census), that is, all populations in this study were sampled. The sample used in this study were 42 people. The data analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of communication, compensation and work discipline partially and simultaneously on the work productivity of the employees of the Communication and Informatics Office of Pinrang Regency, as well as the most dominant communication variable influencing the work productivity of employees at the Communication and Informatics Office of Pinrang Regency.
